Yes, you may return unused and sealed items within 7 days of delivery, along with a valid invoice.
Q: What cannot be returned?
- Opened or used products
- Custom, industrial, or bulk orders
- Products returned after the allowed period
- Items stored improperly (exposed to heat, dust, or contamination)
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, within 7 days. Exchanges are allowed for sealed products of equal or greater value. Price difference may apply.

Q: What is the delivery timeline?
- Major cities: 2â4 working days
- Remote areas: 4â7 working days
Q: Are delivery charges included?
Shipping costs depend on location and weight.
Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or specific locations. These charges will be communicated by ADDINOL Shop Pakistan after receiving your order.
Q: Who handles shipping?
We work with leading courier and logistics partners across Pakistan.

Q: What payment options are available?
- Bank Transfer / Online Payment (preferred)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) â with limitations
Q: What are the COD restrictions?
COD is not available for:
- Orders over Rs. 10,000
- Bulk, custom, or industrial orders
- Deliveries outside COD-enabled areas
For these, advance payment is required via bank transfer.
đ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. WhatsApp us with:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- The product packaging and delivery slip
- Your invoice or order number
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Note: Product must remain sealed and unused. Conditions apply.
